Kanye West Speaks on Current Adidas Collaboration

Yeezus himself recently sat down with Chicago's Morning Riot and discussed a variety of topics such as his recent trip to Adidas‘s headquarters in Germany and if his new collaboration with the brand will outshine his previous Nike Air Yeezys. In the interview, Kanye said "We designed the entire women’s collection. We designed the entire men’s collection. And we designed 20 shoes. We coming in September and it’s about to be a paradigm shift.", speaking on the progression so far since his signing. Later, Ye' addresses Nike’s practices and methodologies when it comes to getting their product into retail stores, saying, "You need to hear this in Portland. Listen at the Nike Campus, that methodology, that’s not going to work. All of this leveraging and extortion is not going to work now because I’m at adidas. The game is flipped now. There’s nobody you can run to and nowhere you can hide right now." Kanye's been making quite a stir in interviews and public radio sitdowns since his departure from Nike.
