While at home today, I was viewing Franalations's tumblr page and noticed his tumblr post on the Just For Kicks documentary. I had previously viewed this movie about two or three times before, and I completely loved it. It highlights the origin and basis within the modern and underground sneaker community, while teaching you some facts as well. I was blown away the first time I watched it, thinking I knew all about sneakers; but yet, not knowing so many details behind them and their comeup into fashion. I highly reccomend to those who enjoy sneakers and the fashion lifestyle, to watch Just For Kicks. Here is the link to view the entire documentary, Just For Kicks.

This was the first documentary of its kind, highlighting so many important facets of the sneaker culture that are so often overlooked nowadays. I was lucky enough to find this full version online and hope it can bring the same excitement and insight that it brought me when I first watched it in 2005."
